This 13-employee company, founded in 2024 and backed by $12.5M in funding, is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This in-office role is based in San Francisco and requires 100% in-person work.

Role
- In-office position working in San Francisco (100% in-person)
- $140K to $180K base salary plus 0.2-0.3% equity
- 3-7 years of experience in venture capital, business operations, strategy, management consulting, or similar roles
- Experience at top consultancies (e.g., MBB), in venture capital as an early analyst, or BizOps at an early-stage startup
