Our staffing agency represents an innovative AI company that automates complex manual human processes for the world's largest companies. Their product allows clients to use English to describe complex processes, which are then executed reliably at scale, transforming tasks that used to take hours into ones that can be completed in a fraction of the time with better-than-human quality.

This 7-employee company, founded in 2023 and backed by $4M in funding (with most capital still left), is seeking Forward Deployed Strategists to work directly with enterprise clients. This in-office role is based in San Francisco.

Role

  • Individual contributor role working in-person in San Francisco
  • $150K to $220K base salary (potentially higher for exceptional candidates)
  • 3-8 years of experience managing large enterprise contracts ($7-8 figure deals) or in client-facing roles
  • Strong technical background required (CS degree, SWE experience, technical consulting)
  • Significant programming experience (technical interview included)

As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you will be inside large companies building great relationships, navigating complex situations, and managing operational rollouts involving multiple parties and stakeholders of all levels.

  • Manage and navigate complex organizations, handle multiple stakeholders, and make customers extremely happy
  • Plan ahead and see around corners to ensure smooth deployments with blockers mitigated and key metrics reached
  • Conduct extensive process mining with customers, breaking down complex ambiguous processes into precise, actionable steps
  • Work directly with customers to iterate on implementations and drive adoption
  • Scale deployments from initial pilot to full production volume and beyond
