This 4-employee company, founded in 2023 and backed by $3.1M in funding, is seeking a Founding Operations leader to help build scalable systems and processes that drive growth across diverse, customer-facing channels. This in-office role is based in San Francisco.

  • Optimization: Identify friction in operational workflows and create processes that help the team execute with higher velocity
