This 25-employee company, founded in 2021 and backed by $17M in funding, has grown to nearly $20M ARR with triple-digit growth. They're seeking their first-ever RevOps/CRM specialist to help scale to new heights. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Role

Official Job Description

As the inaugural hire on our Revenue Operations team, you'll have a unique opportunity to solve complex challenges at a high-growth startup while setting the foundation for both our RevOps function and your career trajectory. As our HubSpot Architect, you'll play a critical role in optimizing how we engage with customers, scale operational processes, and drive sales performance.

You will...

First 30 Days:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current HubSpot environment
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements
  • Build foundational processes and dashboards to support near-term business objectives

By 60 Days:

  • Design and implement enhancements to HubSpot that align with business needs
  • Launch new integrations to streamline data flow and improve operational efficiency
  • Customize workflows to improve lead management, customer communications, and reporting
  • Establish yourself as the internal expert and go-to resource for all things HubSpot

By 90 Days:

  • Roll out data governance protocols to maintain system integrity and compliance
  • Review HubSpot performance and optimize configurations based on evolving needs
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to drive effective platform usage
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve CRM-driven performance and strategic decision-making

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a scalable CRM architecture supporting business growth
  • Lead integrations with core systems (data warehouse, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Configure and optimize CRM functionality through APIs, workflows, and third-party tools
  • Uphold data hygiene and enforce security and compliance best practices
  • Implement automation across sales, marketing, and customer success workflows
  • Monitor system performance and adapt the CRM to meet evolving needs

  • Have 3+ years of experience in CRM administration and software engineering
  • Possess strong experience in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Have worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Bring experience from a startup environment, especially a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Have strong expertise in CRM architecture, automation, data management, and sales enablement
  • Can integrate CRM systems with external tools via APIs or middleware
  • Understand SaaS business models and key metrics like ARR and MRR
  • Hold HubSpot certifications (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) or equivalent experience
  • Communicate with refreshing directness and clarity
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in audience segmentation and reporting
