With exponential growth of hundreds of new customers per month and revenue increasing 30% month-over-month, they've reached 8-figures in ARR since their founding in 2023.

This 12-employee company, backed by $25M from prestigious investors including founders of Canva, YouTube, Instacart, Eventbrite, Doordash, and Twitch, is seeking Strategic Projects Leads to drive customer success and improve conversion rates. This in-office role is based in San Francisco's North Beach district.

  • Individual contributor role working in-person at their North Beach San Francisco office
  • $90K to $150K base salary, plus competitive equity
  • 1-5 years of experience working closely with customers and having full ownership across operations, account management, or product
  • Experience at an early-stage startup (joined when under 25 people or at Seed/Series A)
  • Graduate of a top university
  • Methodical with exceptional attention to detail
