Technical Program Manager - AI No-Code Platform

Our staffing agency represents a pioneering AI company that's reshaping how companies collaborate through a no-code platform, enabling businesses to easily build and manage their processes. Their solution supports both internal and external collaboration with a robust workflow engine and advanced AI capabilities, facilitating natural language interactions and workflow analysis.

This 60-person startup, born out of the White House COVID Task Force in 2020 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, and Ram Sriram (first investor in Google), is reimagining automation in supply chains—where companies still communicate about $13T of annual shipments almost entirely via email—as well as in manufacturing and operations. This role will be one of the initial technical project hires for their Global Services team, focusing on customer implementation. The position can be performed remotely or from any of their hub locations in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Austin.

Role

• Remote position with flexibility to work from hub locations if desired
• $135K to $190K OTE (includes base salary and potential variable compensation)

Official Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll focus on managing customer implementation for a developing solution set, collaborating with the Customer Success organization and Product team to implement solutions with enterprise customers.

You will...

• Partner with Regrello and customer engineering teams to plan and deliver maintainable private cloud platforms
• Work with Customer Success Managers and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases
• Enable customer technical resources to become experts in the technical aspects of the solution
• Act as the key point of contact managing technical deployments of customer-hosted solutions and AI capabilities
• Ensure a gold-standard experience for the largest and most strategic customers
• Stay on the leading edge of product and technical offerings
• Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes, and overcome roadblocks
• Manage and route customer feedback and issues

Projects You Would Work On:

• Implementing rollouts across multiple plants (3 initial sites, adding 2 per month)
• Managing expansions to hundreds of locations after initial success
• Helping enterprise customers transition from legacy processes to AI-enabled workflows
• Developing implementation methodology specific to the platform
• Creating change management approaches for AI technology adoption
• Documenting best practices for enterprise rollouts

• Have 5-8 years of experience in Technical Project Management with ERP implementations
• Demonstrate extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Excel at client and vendor management, fostering strategic partnerships
• Have proven experience managing multiple work streams concurrently in fast-paced environments
• Bring expertise in application release management and system cutovers
• Have a deep understanding of change management principles to drive user adoption
• Possess advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills and ability to work with data
• Show excellent communication skills for customer presentations and executive reports
• Have experience in the logistics/supply chain industry or similar domains
