Our staffing agency represents a specialized financial services company that helps tech companies shut down. From state withdrawals to liquidations, they save founders thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours, and countless headaches when it comes to winding down their operations.

This 10-employee company, founded in 2023 and backed by $1.5M in funding, is seeking Customer Success Managers to guide tech startups through the complex process of shutting down. This in-office role is based in Dumbo, Brooklyn and requires 5 days per week in-person work.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll guide tech startups through the complex process of shutting down. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with legal and tax teams to ensure smooth closures. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a proactive approach to execution.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for founders going through the dissolution process
  • Coordinate with legal and tax teams to ensure all aspects of shutdown run smoothly
  • Manage multiple dissolution projects simultaneously (30+ clients)
  • Simplify complex situations for founders, lawyers, investors, and tax professionals
  • Ensure no tasks fall through the cracks and all deadlines are met
  • Learn the complete dissolution process within your first months
  • Begin owning 3-5 dissolution projects within your first 2 months
  • Take full ownership of 10-25+ clients by your third month

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in customer success or project management
  • Have experience working with early-stage companies or venture-backed startups
  • Can handle 30+ clients simultaneously as a project manager or implementation leader
  • Are an incredible communicator with high organization and attention to detail
